The owner of Allstar Communcations is Randy "Rockin Rando" Martinez.. Randy is a former Maryland State Trooper with many of years under his belt patrolling the local region and knows the challenges first hand what is needed for a good upfit job.  Randy is also a former Naval Intelligence Officer serving his Country during the Cold War.  With his vast experience in Security he has blazed the trail for other's to follow.
